Bye Bye Kyoto – Sakura Images around Town

Before I leave Kyoto today, I want to show the photographs from the area around to my ryokan (a Japanese style hotel) in Kyoto. These photographs are shot close to the Nanzenji, a temple built around the 13th century, and this precinct has been designated as a national historical site. One can easily stroll and enjoy the cherry blossoms from different sceneries within walking distance. The most interesting of all has to be a railroad track that runs up a hill and is lined with cherry blossom trees.

I will definitely miss Kyoto and hope that I can visit again soon.
