Autumn at Yoyogi Park – Appreciation of the things so close to you
Sometime I forget to appreciate the things close to me. Lately I have been taking a lot trips away from Tokyo to see beautiful autumn leaves while in fact Yoyogi park, one of the main parks in Tokyo, can be as beautiful in Autumn as any other places outside of Tokyo.
In Japan, the autumn is so beautiful because of the ginkgo tree that turns bright yellow during this season. Usually you can see these trees lined the streets of Tokyo but in Yoyogi park you can pretty much set foot in a yellow forest of Ginkgo trees. Under the canopy, the floors are flooded with these yellow leaves. So I guess my life right now is beautiful as autumn itself and I’ll try my best to appreciate what I have close to me.
