Invitation from Chopard

The other day I got an invitation to attend an event at the store of Chopard in Ginza. I have never bought a watch from Chopard in Japan before, the only time I went to the store was  to get my watch repaired. Nevertheless the sale assistant, who I talked to, sent me the invitation.
Japan has the best customer service management and other countries should learn from it. Not only that she sent me an invitation but she remembered my personal information and wrote a short personalized letter in the invitation asking about my life and my graduate school.
I am not sure if I will go to the event. But I know for sure that I am touched by the short three sentences that she has written and I will definitely buy from Chopard again one day.

I have blogged about a similar example of great customer relationship management with the postcard of 3.1 Phillip Lim.
