a Letter from 3.1 Phillip Lim
When I got home today, I found an envelope in the postbox with my name on it. When I opened it happened to be a letter from one of the sale assistants at 3.1 Phillip Lim in Aoyama. I bought a pair of trousers from them last month and she wrote me a short letter about the trousers and how they hope to see me at the store again.
Sometime you do not really need do a very fancy marketing campaign at all. This is not the first time that I have received a letter or a postcard from a sale assistant from a brand that I always purchase from. Moreover, it is quite a common customer relation culture here in Japan but I am always touched by it every time.
